When You Arrive, follow these steps in order: (SCROLL TO BOTTOM TO CONTINUE)

1. Get an available rack (up to 4) and load it with your items in size/gender/garment type order.
2. Scan the QR code on the banner outside and complete your digital check in form. Your registration status will say not approved until we email you your passes.
3. Proceed to the Check-In Table. An attendant will be there to greet you, email your digital pre-sale passes, and walk you through the new inspection process.  There will now be a waiting area for sellers as their items go through an inspection line.
4. Express Inspection will get bumped to priority inspection. Please inform table attendant if this applies to you.
5. Sellers will be given a sticker with their seller number on it to claim any unaccepted items when it is time to leave. See the attendant to claim your items as you exit.
6. Once your rack/buggy has gone through inspection, you can proceed to putting your items out on the floor. Please utilize the drop zone areas marked with balloons (Toys and Books, where a helper will put specific items out for you), and watch the digital tour on how to put out clothing in the correct sizes, etc.
7. Once you have put all your items out, return to the check in table with your sticker to collect any unaccepted items. Please take your empty racks and buggies outside. See you at the pre-sale!

Do not let unattended children assist at Drop Off: We have seen children place items in several spots incorrectly. This is discouraging to volunteers who help organize the sales floor, and to customers who won’t be able to find your item to purchase.
